ABOUT MARCHING ARTS UTAH

Marching Arts Utah is a media platform dedicated to documenting and celebrating the marching arts community across the state of Utah. Through its flagship project, The Marching Arts Utah Podcast, the platform highlights the people and programs that define the activity by featuring weekly interviews with directors, staff members, and students from different marching arts programs. Each episode explores the stories behind these programs, their traditions, their challenges, and the individuals who shape them. By creating a consistent space for conversation and visibility, Marching Arts Utah aims to strengthen connections within the marching arts community while preserving and sharing the evolving story of Utah’s band programs.

Marching Arts Utah exists to strengthen and unify the marching arts community across the state by increasing visibility for every program and the students who power them. By sharing the stories, traditions, and creative work of bands statewide, the platform helps programs recruit new members, encourages greater community involvement and investment, and builds awareness between programs. Its mission is to create a shared space where every program can showcase its artistry while fostering a stronger, more connected marching arts community throughout Utah.
